Summary Transcript dynamics in the S. cerevisiae BF264-15D strains with genetically perturbed TFN or CDK-APC/C components. We compared the extents to which the programs of cell-cycle transcription were initiated during various cell-cycle arrests.
Overall Design Early G1 cells were obtained by centrifugal elutriation or α-factor arrest and then released at 30°C or 37°C at time point 0 for time-series microarray. Results of biological replicates are included.; ; This series contains a re-analysis of all samples in GSE8799 and GSE32974. The data matrix with all 378 samples (270 new samples and 108 re-analyzed samples) is available on the series record. All 378 samples were normalized together using dChip implementation with default parameters from the affy package (1.32.1) within R/Bioconductor.
