Summary Human ES cells are precious source for modeling diseases. Understanding the mechnism of human ES cell pluripotency maintenance will help for application of human ES cells. We identify a splicing factor SON regulate splicing in human ES cells. We found that SON regulate splicing of a number of genes in human ES cells. Depletion of SON leads to increased short intron inclusion in these transcripts regulated by SON.
Overall Design Analysis of SON-regulated transcriptome in 2 conditions.
